Payment (including bank transfers):
myRC Hobbystore will accept payments through PayPal, Visa & Mastercard, bank deposit or cash on pickup (please refer to conditions below for pickup method). We bank with CBA, so if you make a transfer via your
CBA account, it will be processed immediately. You can make bank deposits using internet banking or by in person at any CBA bank
or major bank branch (such as ANZ, Westpac or the National Bank).
If you are making an internet bank transfer at any bank other than CBA, you may wish to email email@example.com a copy of your bank receipt number. This way we can send your
items straight away, otherwise you will have to wait unitl the money enters our CBA account which could take up to 2 days.
We can accept Visa and Mastercard through the PayPal payment gateway, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card,
just choose PayPal as your payment method and follow the link at the PayPal log in page to pay without a PayPal account.
Postage & Shipping:
myRC is based in Brisbane Australia and we use Australia Post for our postage. myRC offers the following options:

- $5.70# Unregistered Postage - Unregistered postage is the cheapest postage available, however
whilst unregistered postage is cheaper, myRC takes no responsibility for any loss during delivery and recommends registered post.
Unregistered postage can take up to 5 business days based on your location, with the average delivery time being 2 - 3 business days.
- $7.90# Registered Postage - Registered postage provides myRC the ability to track your parcel
to its final destination. Typically we do not provide the customer with the tracking number unless there is a longer than
normal delay in delivery or the customer specifically asks.
Registered postage can take up to 5 business days based on your location, with the average delivery time being 2 - 3 business days.
- $11.90 Express Postage - Express Postage is the next business day delivery service. Next business day
delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses and post office boxes within the
Express Post Next Business Day Network, provided we receive the order by 4pm on any business day Monday to Friday.
- Worldwide Postage - Worldwide Postage is required for all locations outside Australia. myRC offers
$19.90 ASIA/NZ postage and $27.90 worldwide postage. myRC also offers and recommends registered worldwide postage for $39.90.
Registered postage allows myRC to track your item from myRC warehouse to your delivery address.
If you are outside of Australia, myRC offers international postage of $19.90 AUD for Asia / NZ and $27.90 AUD everywhere else. The cost of international postage covers
handling fees and customs paperwork. International orders can take up to 10 business days, however typically take 6-8 business days.
We will always confirm your order has been shipped by email which includes a
detailed listing of your order. If you do not receive an email then chances are
you have not completed the order correctly (maybe you logged out prior to
confirmation step). This can be easily rectified by logging back into our
web site to complete your order or to view the order status under My Account.
If you still have problems, then simply email us and we shall sort it out.
Order Status: Pending, Processing, Delivered:
Our eCommerce system uses the following order status:
- Pending - This status is
automatically assign by myRC's eCommerce system once you place an order.
You will receive an email from myRC.
- Processing - This status means
that your payment has been accepted and that your order is being put
together. You may or may not receive an email from myRC.
This status is predominantly used as an internal check for myRC.
- Delivered (Posted) - This status means
that your order has been put together and delivered to Australia Post for
delivery. You will receive an email from myRC .
myRC.com.au is a Brisbane (Sunnybank), based store set up to deliver RC products across
Australia. We ship primarily to Australian addresses with postage starting at $5.70 and reducing as your order total increases. We also
ship internationally ($19.90 AUD for NZ and Asia, $27.90 AUD elsewhere internationally). The international postage fees including handling fees. If you have a query please email us

Pick up / Cash on Pickup:
Live in Brisbane and want to pick up.
Sure, our warehouse is located in Sunnybank Brisbane, however the following conditions
Shipping Prices and FREE Shipping:
- The pickup service is not guaranteed! If the warehouse cannot be attended then your pickup order will be postponed. You must ring Troy
on 0416 060 372 from 4pm onwards on day of pickup to ensure warehouse is attended.
- Next day pickup is the best option. Make the order today via the internet [select NO POSTAGE, and CASH ON PICKUP during checkout]
then collect items the following day.
- CASH ONLY !!! If you want to pay with bank transfer or PayPal then please pay for the postage as well and we will post.
- Pickup order value must exceed $30 (for orders of lesser value myRC will post). If you only need the one set of dogbones, then we suggest
you order 2 or 3 sets or some other parts you are likely to break.
- The pickup order will be available for pickup between 5:00 pm -> 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm Friday, Saturday 11:00 am -> 2:00 pm.
HOWEVER prior to pickup please call Troy on 0416 060 372 to ensure warehouse is attended. Alternatively an email can be sent to
email@example.com or via our
Contact Us Page.
Here at myRC.com.au, we recognise the more you spend, the more we make.
Therefore in an effort to reward you for shopping with us, we reduce the postage
as your order value increases. So the more you spend the cheaper
postage is !!! If you spend more than $100 in order value, then postage is
FREE. In fact if you want to find out how to save more money with us, this

If you have ordered a part which you believe is faulty, then simply contact us within 7 days of purchase, and
then return the item in its unopened packaging to myRC. A replacement part
will be sent out free of charge. All electronic parts are tested prior to leaving the myRC warehouse.
Incorrect part: If you have ordered an incorrect part, then provided the part is not an electronic component simply
contact us within 7 days of purchase, and then return the item in its unopened
packaging to myRC. We will refund the purchase cost only, in the form of a
discount voucher which can be used to offset the purchase of the correct part.
The discount voucher code will be emailed to you.
All postage to myRC must use Registered Post
as myRC takes no responsibility for loss of return post. Unopened
items should be posted to:
