myRC takes privacy seriously and has taken every precaution available to ensure your information is
stored safely on our server. The only information we ask from you and store on our server is
your name, address, email address and phone number. We do not ask or store
any credit card, PayPal or bank details. Encryption technology is employed for
sensitive data transmission over the Internet to protect customers privacy.
All information stored on our server is for the purposes of validating your
login and to send products to your correct address. Security:
myRC.com.au uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We have purchased RadidSSL from GeoTrust to ensure all information
is encypted. SSL encryption is used during the login process, create account process and any other pages where
sensitive information is being sent. Most browsers will show a padlock to the right of the address bar, or on
the bottom right of the status bar when encryption is being used.
Payment: We have a number of
methods available for you to make payment to myRC.
- Cash on Delivery (available on pick up)
- Money Order / Cheque
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal / Credit card payments (through PayPal)
When making payment via bank transfer, we ask you to place your order
number or email address as bank reference to make it as easy as possible
to identify your payment. Our bank account details will be
available to you during checkout. If you are making payment via PayPal,
then once you complete your order, you will be redirected to the secured
PayPal website to finalise payment.
